will a 2004 175 60 degree power head fit on my 1994 150 60 degree motor??

I am looking at a 2004 power head for sale, model # J175PXSRB, I want to know if my carbs, intake manifolds and stator, flywheel, power pack and so fourth will fit on it and will it fit my drive shaft??? I know I would have to re-jet the carbs. the block will come only with the crank case, pistons, crank, heads

the reason I am asking is, I would be able to upgrade to a 175 HP power head for less than the cost of rebuilding my current head, and I could sell my current power head and get half my money back. just trying to get a good motor and spend less money. the 2004 power head has 120 PSI on all 6 cylinders.

Well the guy would not come down to my price. I offered $1200 including shipping. His best price was $1600 plus $100 shipping. I told him he was over half the price for an entire motor, so no deal. Still wonder if it would have fit or not. I assume the block is the same, just wondering if the drive shaft would match up.
