It will have to be made to fit.
Handy with tools and thinking yes

19' to 19' yes.

Tri-hull flat in the stern, v hull flat in the stern ...yes

Just role one off and another on...NOT LIKELY

Ayuh,... Not enough details,....

Generally speakin',... Boat trailers are pretty darn Adjustable, so long as it ain't a custombuilt for a specfic hull kinda trailer...
But then it wouldn't be a Generally speakin' kinda trailer...

Yeah everyone is right IMO, if it were me I wouldn't hesitate on the deal but I have faith in my mechanical skills to make the adjustments needed to convert the trailer, not knowing you and I'm not trying to offend you but we would need more info on the situation, your skills, a picture of the trailer would be very helpful.

I have never noticed a tri-hull trailer to be in any significant way different than a V hull one.

Ok cool! so If I'm right I think the biggest difference in the trailer should be the mid to front of the hull, the stern should be pretty similar. Where the bow would ride on the trailer will be the biggest concern, so check that out pretty thoroughly it probably has carpet covered boards for the boat to sit on and they can be manipulated by raising or lowering the mounts to suit your boat, doing this could require cutting the old mounts(steel) off and then replacing them at the desired height to fit your boat. there may be some minor adjusting on the stern as well, the bow hook pillar may also need adjustment but these are typically adjustable anyway. Get some pictures posted!!

I did have one that in NO WAY was anything similar to a v-hull trailer (it more resembled a pontoon boat trailer, BUT it was older (a 70 model Cox trailer). It would have taken some work (and probably not been beautiful to look at), but it could have been modified for a v hull.

Just an fyi, my v-hull rides on a modified sailboat trailer, that was alot longer than my boat. The p.o. had some ingenuity and it works well for it's new purpose in life. Some time, materials, a brain, and mechanical aptitude and anything can be made to fit anything else (within reason).

It should work with a little adjusting. I just took a 16' Ebkraft tri-hull of it's trailer and put a MFG Edinboro on it. Only had to adjust the bunks in the rear down about 2 inches.

It was a simple trailer to begin with, 2 rear bunk boards and center rollers up to the winch pillar.
