Probably not.
The exhaust is way different on the 150

Out of curiousity, why can't you fit a different powerplant if that's what you want? Not familiar with this model and just curious. I think I saw another thread of yours in the "Resto" forum. Have you added it all up to make sure it "makes sense" since it sounds like you are also in need of a lower unit? They are not all worthy of bringing back if the dollar far outweighs the value. I'm stubborn about these old boats too, so I can feel for you in trying to "give it your all", but it's often wiser to call a project "over" and invest that time and effort elsewhere. Don't get me wrong, I love my Bayliner AND my Force. But if I had an issue that say cost me $2500 to repair, then the Force is getting parted out and put to bed, lol. GOod luck and we're here to help in any way we can.

Thanks for the information, the 120 runs great everything works l-drive and all, i wanted a boat project but after reading that the 120 was underpowered and parts are hard to find for force and l-drive made me start to think about the project,

Not sure about any kind of swap, looked everywhere for info on a newer setup i could install so i can feel ok with the restore on the boat! Im not in a hurry to complete the boat! My wife will never agree with 15,20,30,40 grand for a boat, dont have that money, so a project over time sounded good! I have all the tools help to do the work, but i dont want to put my hard work and money and make the boat nice and have a engine and drive i cant get parts for!

There is no engine/drive swap.
Yes the 120 will be a dog in that boat.
Only option would be to totally reconstruct the transom from the stringers up, and convert to an outboard.

I would cut my losses now.

There are plenty of decent feasible project boats out there, and aluminum is easier than glass.

An 18' Starcraft SS (super sport) would be a great project, and they are pretty cheap in my opinion. $600-$3000 depending on condition.
