Will Lower Unit Interchange?

I have a 98 200 EFI (0G725242). Will a 99 Optimax DFI unit work (0G804088)?

Heres the lower unit Im attempting to purchase.

As far as I know, all the v6 lower units are interchangable.

Looks good to me...just double check the shaft length, gear ratio & rotation.
