Will my '77 Evinrude 15hp electric start motor charge my battery?

I have a '77 Evinrude 15hp electric start motor and I am wondering if it will charge my battery while running? I don't think it has an alternator (I could be wrong). I have looked at the schematics of the motor and didn't find one listed. I also read somewhere that the magneto could be the charging mechanism to charge the battery.

Does anyone know if it will (or an easy way to check) or if it doesn't, is there a way I can add something to charge the battery? I have a trolling motor and fishfinder that I run off the battery in addition to starting the motor and would like to have it last longer on the water if possible.

I (obviously) don't have a lot of motor knowledge.

Thanks!

Edit to add: The model is 15754M.

I got this response back from a guy who has done some work on my motor and is very knowledgable in these motors. I'll give his test idea a try and see what happens.

If your motor came factory equipped w/electic start, it came w/a charging coil under the flywheel. You can test its functionality pretty easily w/a multimeter or a voltmeter or your fish finder's voltage indicator. Before starting motor, check battery voltage.. say it's 12.2. Then start motor and leave at low idle and check voltage.. probably still 12.2, as those charging systems don't put out much voltage until you increase rpm's. Run it up to 1/2 throttle or so and check voltage. If it's higher than before, your battery is being charged. Not a ton of amps, but charging.
