I got my boat cheap, I store it in my back yard, with a boat cover. I'll take the boat out on the salt water maybe 20 times a year if I'm lucky. I'm not planning to preserve the boat in antiquity, I don't need to pass it on from generation to generation, I don't care about the proper way of doing things. I just want the deck to last around 10 years without having soft spots. The deck is currently made of plywood coated in epoxy and glass, glued to a nylon / plastic 1/4" deck topper. Its 19 years old and it was kept in a garage and the deck has soft spots. I plan to reuse the deck topper and I want to know if with no epoxy, no paint, no nothing.... Will the Pressure treated wood rot away and why?

I have not seen one post from someone who has actually used pressure treated wood saying it rotted out in a few years yet that's what every else says will happen...

opinions welcome

If you use treated marine ply, it certainly will, if you use home depot PT ply, it probably will too, if kept covered, but you may run into adhesion issues using green, non kiln dried pt ply...., plus the box store stuff only has a few plys, and lots of voids, so it may soften or sag just because of the clear span between supports.
