Will this carb work?

I found a mercarb off a 4.3L, and from the pictures it looks like the one on my 3.0L. Can anybody tell me if it will bolt up and work properly? - Thanks

Numbers off the carburetors or pictures might help. I can't see either one of them.

It will bolt up but it will not run correctly being it is jetted for a 4.3. Why not just rebuild the one you have

I did rebuild, but one of the metering jets was seized in place and I could not remove it. I left it in and hope it will work okay, but I was thinking of buying the other carb as a backup. I guess I would have to buy new jets...
