I started a thread under Stupid Human Tricks regarding Customer/Dealer Relations Horror Stories. I'm hoping to get some stories and avoid any commentaries. Just some stories from both sides of the coin. Maybe we can all learn from them. I thought it would be appropriate considering the last thread that dealt with a whole lot of anger and a big lack of listening by both sides.
