Well, hope you aren't getting to depressed by all this.
Look on the bright side, a few more $$ for boating gas.

Personally, it can be as cold and snowy as it wants around here, for the next month, as long as the ice is off the lakes in Canada by May 10th.

Yep, I pretty much have given up with spring this year. I thought the last 12" was going to be it. Maybe the plow can come off sometime in May. Time will tell. Ice off the lakes in Canada by May 10th? It "may" be off around here by the 10th.

They're already planning on letting school out after a half day.

Clean the shop. January 1 through June 20th.
Prep and launch all boats June 20th through June 21st.
Repair boats June 22nd through July 19th.
Winterize all boats July 20th through July 30th.
Clean the shop July 31st through December 31st.

Hey Musky ... snow flurries and 24 here last evening and this morning ... a balmy 50 now and going to be in the mid 50's all week. Spring is here, although yesterday were were wondering after being 80 the day before! :facepalm: The daffodils are blooming, the trees are starting to bud, and the grass is gonna need mowed early next week for the first time ...

I feel for you Wim, we have transitioned, normally a good thing, but we have transitioned from the 7-8 feet of snow to the foot of mud soup, I was actually using the plow truck today to push mud down my driveway! So at every step of the way this year, the Big Muther(Mother) is throwing us curve balls, the highlight of my week was making reservations for the 4th of July weekend in a campground I have been trying to go camping at for 4 years now! I will be able to pull the 5th wheel in facing the lake, plop the boat in and spend 4 days relaxing and fishing!

Hope your snow stops soon buddy, believe me, I know what you are feeling!

MT - Ya, it's been a dandy of a winter. 2nd coldest and 5th snowiest......... 5th wheel and a boat at a lake. Awesome!

Teamster - How much snow you guys getting? We have about 8 or 9" and it's supposed to snow all nite. Plowed a couple of my large accounts so there wont be some much snow to move tomorrow.... Last I heard around 16 or so for us.

Left coast, eh. Anywhere is better than here right now. Although, we're supposed to be in the 60s next week. Doesn't mean we're done plowing this year......:lol:

Well, I hate to tell you, but that strong south wind pushed it all north of me.
Got 2-3" last night, and only a chance of an inch tonight.

I thought you had to be in record territory this winter.

Wow, they really screwed up this forecast.
Way over predicted yesterday.
Then last night they said maybe another inch, but we got 6 and its still falling.

It will be melted in a couple days.

we seem to be out of the snow for now down here. now I need a little rain to get rid of the salt they threw out Mon and Tues. hopefully this weekend = rain and next week = 60's ...............

got family still up there by you Musky, they got back from FL and couldn't get the motorhome in the driveway with all the snow.
