Windless Motor Problem

I have a Simpson Lawrence Horizon 1500. The brushes have worn about 3/16ths of the commentator away and one of the brushes is completely worn out and not making contact.

Does anyone know of a company that can repair the armature? The new motor is over 800 dollars.
