Window and seat problems '03 185 SF

Hey guys, first post. I have an' '03 185 SF with a 4.3 Volvo Penta. It runs good but I've been plagued with window and passenger seat problems. At the end of every season since we bought the boat we have had problems with the passenger seat coming loose. The screws that hold the seat in keep stripping out the holes and makes the seat unuseable. It has been fine this season. I told the dealer that this keeps happening and I wanted it fixed. Is this common? It has only been subjected to normal use and no abuse. Also, the middle and passenger window has always given us problems. Once it came all the way off, and screws kept coming out. I haven't had any problems for about a year til now. The arm that supports the passenger side window is hanging. The screw just broke off in the hull. Should I just drill it a tad bigger and put a screw in there? Is this window problem common as well? Thanks

You can fill holes with wood puddy or marine tex. Then reincert screw or go bigger.
