Window frame removal on a 1989n Regal Medallion

I've read some guys remove their windows and have them anodized or powder coated. What I want to know is how the heck do I remove these things? The front of the frames attached to the hull seem like they are glued on or something, instead of screws, like one would think. How the heck do you remove these?

There are bolts under the dash and the gunwales that you will need to gain access to to unscrew to be able to remove the windscreen.
