Windshield Brace Hardware Needed

Hello,
working on a 2002 Bayliner Rendezvous. In the attached pics of the windshield support braces, you can see the rusted out HW that attaches them to the windshield frame and the hull. I found the nylon plastic feet at great lakes skipper but am striking out trying to find the "star washers" that are dish shaped and go inside the brace tubes. The tubes are 7/8" OD and 3/4" ID. Since the curved one is needed to clear the door to the head, I'm trying to reuse these, rather than make all new ones and try to get the correct curvature.

Does anyone have any idea where I can find the rest of the HW? All I really need is those rusted out star washers as shown - 8 of them.

In terms of manufacturer, Bayliner confirmed they were custom made by them, US Marine, so far the likely vendors don't seem to have the parts - I canonly find 1/2" fittings, not 3/4".

Thanks,
Byron

Thinkin' outside the box - Look at some 3/4" livewell drain plugs.

Check if a plug can be inserted in the tube and tightened up so they don't pull out. You can tear them apart and use a nut and washer that matches the bolt through the expanding rubber part of the plug. The hole in the plug may need reaming for the bolt to fit.
