hi....welcome to i boats....

are you looking for the frame or the glass?

if its the glass.....you can use lexan.....or use regular glass with safety film on it.....(basically makes it tempered)....or order tempered glass  = bucks.

for the frame.....start calling salvage yards.....or try a place called fiberglassics.com

cheers

If the frame is good take it to a fab shop that specializes in custom plastics work. You are not going to find a 50 year old original windshield anywhere. The same will apply to most of any special alumnium parts. The common stuff you just buy new at any marine store.

Hmmm... I happen to have a 50 year old windshield but it isn't in mint condition, has a ding/chip in it, it's off of a whitehouse runabout. You might find a different brand boat of the same time frame that has the same style windshield on it. You might half to look hard to find a windshield but they are out there, in somebodies cow pasture, or behind somebodies house.

I agree with solittle though, it might be easier to take it to a fab shop and have one made up. Sorry Solittle I don't know how I missed "original windshield" when I quoted ya , I must be going blind .
