Windshield Leaking Badly

I was just able to determine that all the water getting in the cabin on my 1992 22' express cruiser is coming thru the windshield. It's seeping thru the panes onto the inside "dash(?)" and then running to the right or left side of the dash and seeping into the cabin thru the windshields front corner bolts, depending on whether the boat is parked on the trailer (goes left) or in the water (goes mostly right due to small list to right).

I'd really like to get the whole thing rebuild the right way. I've tried a little caulking on the outside and have seen no improvement. This a typical aluminum frame windshield with screws holding it together. All the glass has "plastic" seals between it and the frame that don't appear to fit all that snuggly anymore. Is this something I can do myself? If I tear the windshield apart where would I find new "seals" that would fit this glass/frame?

All ideas from those who have "been there, done that" appreciated!

Thanks,

Doug
