Winter Storage 4.5 Mercruser

Do you reccomend oil fogging on the 4.5 fuel injected Mercruser via Oil in fuel filter on remote mixed gas ,or none at all

I would do what the service manual says to do. Is it really time to winterize? I thought there was still some summer left :noidea:

follow the operation manual you received with the boat, or follow the service manual.

agreed, even in international falls MN, the boating is still really nice.

I did what the manual recommends. It's amazing what info you can find in that book.... Mix up a special fuel cocktail, with 2 stroke oil, fuel stabilizer, in a remote container. Then run the engine on this mixture when you're doing your end of the season service.
