would be nice to protect the shiney parts, I also reccomend crank case stor-n-start to aid in keeping the valvetrain shiney parts shiney. also use gasoline stabilizer to protect the VST shiny parts and the pump.<br /> as outboards are self draining what your really trying to do is protect the subsystems from degradation/corrosion during periods of storage.<br /> think of it that way while your working it.
