how I do it is by prepping the fuel system with the fogging mixture reccomended by mercruiser. DonS will have the bulliten, PM him and see if he will post it here.
change gear lubes, clean water traps and oil filters. spray things down well and go from there. the fuel prep mixture is heavy on oil so fogging isnt nessasarily required but you can anyway.
