We only ran the boat maybe six times this year, and due to work I need to winterize it already In the spring I changed the oil and filter, and both fuel filters. I also change the gear lube and impeller. I am wondering if I can get away without changing the oil until next fall. There is no water in the pan. I will need to rebuild the carb in the spring due to hard starts, and dieseling.
Should I drain a bit of gear lube out and check for water, or leave it be?
