winterizing a 98 bayliner 2050ls with a 5.7l carbed how to get antifreeze in???

wondering how to get coolant through the entire cooling system. i live in oregon and though the boat will be stored inside it will not be heated and temps here sometimes go well below freezing. is there someway to suck it up antifreeze through the outdrive? any other areas that need antifreeze? thanx
