winterizing OMC Cobra 4.3

Where are the drain plugs: what do they look like? I know there are 2 on each side, for a total of 4, but need a photo of where they are located. I also know to loosen the main hose to drain it. please send illustration if possible! thanks.

one on each side of the block, and one on each exhaust manifold. they are a t shape screw.<br />javsam

You may also have a power steering cooler that needs draining.That's why manuals are important.If you have PS,the cooler maybe on the back of the engine.Either pull it's drain plug,or disconnect the lowest hose one the cooler and let it drain.<br /><br />Also if no water comes out of a drain plug,poke the hole with a stiff wire until it does.<br /><br />DHP
