Winterizing Outboard

Hi,
I am new to boating and just bought a 1993 Rinker Captiva 170 with a Mercury 115 2-stoke outboard.
Can someone tell me how to properly winterize the motor and all preperations for getting the boat ready to store?
I live in Canada.
