Winterizing question

At the end of the season I bought a new to me yamaha 250 two stroke. I believe its a 95 or 96 salt water series 2. The marina where my boat is stored was supposed to get it rigged and running but they got busy pulling boats for the season and have yet to do it. At this point I'm not sure if they'll get to it soon so I would like to fog the engine. My first question is kind of dumb but like I said this motor is new to me. How do you get the cowling off? I don't see any latches etc. to do this. Next, I assume I can access the flywheel and turn it over when fogging. Its a standard rotation motor so I'm guessing I would turn it over clockwise? I'm planning to fog the carbs and remove the plugs to fog the cylinders. Any advise on fogging a motor that doesn't run would be appreciated. Thanks!

Re: Winterizing question

Not sure if you can coat all the internal bearing and shaft surfaces without it running and fogging through the intakes
