Winterizing the celebrity

Ok so I went out today to drain the block and found a petcock screw laying in the bilge now I always pulled my plug and depending how much i ran the bilge pump (mine is manual switching to auto when i have the $$$) it would have a decent amount of water in there (couple gallons at most but other times if i ran the bilge enough it would maybe be a cup) but we are in and out of the boat alot both exhaust manifolds had there plugs in and both the heads had there plugs is this possibly someones mistake who lost it while winterizing and couldnt find it so they just replaced it with a new one or does it have yet another petcock im not seeing this is the first year ive had this boat so it is my first time winterizing it i have to get this done today so i appreciate any help the boats an 89 and the motor is a 5.7L mercruiser 350 chevy

I just went out and double checked the plugs arent on the heads they are on the block and exhaust manifolds i cant feel any on the heads the motor is burried so deep in there you cannot feel anything

When you add AF to the motor,you will see if anything is left open by it leaking out.Charlie
