You may want to scroll down to the Force&Chrysler forum and ask the Force experts. They have all the answers.Welcome

Re: Winterizing

you don't need to fill an outboard with antifreeze, as long as it is tilted all the way down it will self drain.

Re: Winterizing

You need to do some searching through these forums for winterizing tips but here are the simplified steps.

1) Drain and refill lower unit lub. Note if water is present during drain. (Issue)
2) Add fuel stabilizer to fuel. Run engine long enough to get mix into fuel system.
3) With engine at idle, spray fogging oil into carburetors until engine stalls.
4) Remove plugs and spray fogging oil into cylinders. Replace plugs
5) Disconnect the battery and put the rig to bed storing engine straight down.
6) If stored outdoors, duct tape the through hub exhaust to keep out critters.
7) Charge battery once a month or so for one hour.

Note: Depending on the lay up period, fogging may not be necessary. Three months does not require it. Longer than that fogging is suggested.
