Wiper motor access

[JBF 1962]

I have an '89 Doral Cavalier and the windsheild wiper motor seems to be in death throes. Does anyone know how to get at them? The head and closets seem to be in the way and I'm hoping that I don't have to disassemble the whole mess >.<

Mine is in the cabin, a yellow plastic box right under where the wiper is.
