i just bought a 2007 mercury 4 stroke 30 hp motor with electric start, efi. and trim. the guy cut the terminals off the wiring . the battery cable wiring i understand, but there is one wire with a white , black and green wire coming out of it. what does this power and does it hook up to the battery too. thanks.
