wiring boating items

I am wiring a few things into my boat and want some advice.

I have a bilge pump, 12v 3ah
air horn 12v 4ah
fuse holder and fuse of 5ah
Battery 12v 4ah
toggle switches.

How do you think I should wire this up?

I want to be able to put lights on in the future.
