Follow the red wire backward from the radio to its connection on the fuse block. There is a pretty fair chance the boat manufacturer doesn't even have a wiring diagram. Their consoles are generally built by a supplier and simply stuck into the boat. The best source of wiring for the stereo is from the stereo manufacturer. If you have power to the memory line, it shouldn't be difficult to track down the red wire (main power). That line generally has an in-line fuse in it, but it may have been eliminated and connected directly to the fuse or breaker panel.
