Wiring diagram for a 50ES73R.

Hi Guys, with your help my motor has been identified as the model above and before I start spending lots of bucks on it I would like to fire her up.
The first thing I need is a manual I know that but in my impatience to fire her up I could really do with a wiring diagram, any offers.

Hi again, had alook at the wiring diagrams at the top and had a go at comparing to what I have coming out of the yellow plug, could someone confirm or not and if you could fill in the missing spaces I would be obliged;
Red Battery
Gray Starter solenoid ?
White Shift selector
Black/yellow Ignition switch
Green Neutral
Blue Reverse
Brown no idea
Purple/gray Ignition switch
Purple/green Shift selector
Purple Choke switch
This would be a great help and thanks.

This is out of the wiring diagram for my 71 50hp. I don't know if it will be similar or not.

Wires at the yellow plug:
Gray - Tachometer signal terminal 2 on terminal block
Red/purple - Batt. power from solenoid to fuse to ign switch
Purple/green - power to shift switch in remote terminal 7 on terminal block
Purple - horn, ign switch, choke switch, thermo switch terminal 4 on terminal block
Purple/white - choke switch terminal 6 on terminal block
Black/yellow - ign switch - terminal 5 on power pack
Green - neutral solenoid
Blue - Reverse solenoid
White - ign switch to solenoid
Tan - temp switch to hot horn

50ES73R is a 1973 motor. Controls with a yellow plug are for 1971-72 and are not compatable with 1973, which requires a red plug. So please clarify which motor you actually have and I'll help you with the diagram. Send me a PM with your e-mail address.
