wiring help needed

hello,ive an old mercury 25 hp and im not going to using the control box with the neutral safety switch ,so i need to overide this function ,can any one tell me where i can connect this wire to so the engine will start,,,thanks piperdog

It's a ground off system so as long as it's open the engine will run.
