any body no where i can find a diagram for this monster?..i have this tiny switch underneath the flywheel left side, ( standing behind boat). that is actuated by throtle movement, has one male connector each side. the front connector has nothing to it, the rear tab traces around to bottom small bolt on the solenoid..i would have thought this switch went to the cdi to change timing?????( by the way no spark on this thing at present and no 200+ volts on blue wire to coil. also have a grey wire coming out of cdi to nowhere, figure is tach. also have no black/yellow tracer no where for kill i have read about sooooo much.^

That's a switch that keeps you from starting the motor unless the throttle setting is REAL low, has nothing to do with the timing. It grounds the far side of the solenoid, allowing the starter to work.

Right, the grey wire is your tach & you can forget about it. Is that motor points or sensor under the flywheel?
