Hooking up my 2004 4 stroke electric start.<br />1. Positive to #1 battery from motor<br />2. Negative to #1 battery from motor<br />3. Starting cable,panel wires and controls to centre console from battery.<br /><br />My question is do I have to power (with a Positive terminal) the controls or is the motor all ready doing that?
