that old you won't find one. it's time to buy a bunch of different colored wire, and start over. you can also try the trace out the existing wiring, but that can be more time consuming than jsut rewiring. remember you are working with DC electricity, so the grounds can be run to a common ground. test out you rexisting switches, buss bars, and fuse panel if still good reuse, will cut cost tremendously. use stranded copper wire (marine type if you can get it. the reason is it is tinned. average house wire is not) use butt joint connectors for splicing, liquid tape, or heat shrink (best).
