Wiring voltsGauge...rod bolt???

twin 2001 sx250..ox66.....I am adding two analog volt gauges to this boat. (in addition to the MFG"s ) I want the volt meters active when the key is on. Can anyone ....Rod bolt ?... suggest a wiring set up.. I can't seem to locate the wiring diagram for the ignition switches...Can I wire these direct to the tachs?....How about gauge illumination, Can i tap into the MFG's ?

from each key switch, follow the yellow lead to a 4 wire tap. that is key on 12V for each switch. do the same for the black.
for lighting locate a blue wire from the tach, folow it back to the 4 wire tap for each, this is lamp power.
