Wisconsin Boaters - Petenwell/Castle Rock Questions

My business partner and I have stumbled upon an opportunity to purchase 11 acres of land, with ~300 feet of waterfront. The property is located on Castle Rock Lake. From what we can tell it looks great, we need to take a closer look in person of course, but right now we're in just the research stages.

Does anyone remember if Petenwell connects with Castle Rock lake with a navigable passage? Is there a bridge that 20ish foot long boat could pass under to get to Petenwell from Castle Rock?

I know the 2007 iboats get together was on Petenwell, so I was hoping some of you can remember how it all flowed so-to-speak.

You can't get from Castle Rock to Petenwell, there is a large dam in between and no locks.

plenty of access on both waters.
Plenty of boating on either side of the dam
