I need to buy some back-to-back seats for my runabout so I am looking for people who have bought this style from Wise.

The 3 I'm looking at are Wise "Bayliner", "Contemporary" and "Classic". I prefer one with a gray/charcoal color combination. Any feedback on the differences

Don't know that you'll find many users here for that type of seat. I will say though that Wise has been around for quite a long time and they do make so reasonable products. I also don't think there are many aftermarket manufacturers out there so choice may be limited.

Don't suppose there is a dealer near by you that you could actually go and look at and feel them. That would be the best indication of their quality.

I used some Wise seats when I redid my 80 something bayliner. They were not the ones you are mentioning but were decent quality and worked well for us.

I ordered all my vinyl and previous helm seats from veada.com, they have back-to-back style as well. From what I've researched, very competitive, high qaulity!

a big +1 to Wise customer service, Ezombee had a problem with a seat they shipped him a whole new one free of cost.

I put a set of them in my Rinker. No problems, I like them.

Re: Wise boat seats

I boughta pair of 'plain Jane' back to backs from Wise several years ago. The price was irresistable. Think I paid $239 for the pair. Sure the bases were plastic but what the heck. I didn't find the construction substandard considering the cost?

Only problem I ever had was the passenger seat would go into 'auto-recline' mode if'n I hit a wake'n nobody was sittin in it. Finally gave up'n just left it in 'lounge' position ...

Re: Wise boat seats

Note that the Bayliner models are made to fit the seat bases built into certain models and years of Bayliner; I don't believe they include bases so they can't be used in other boats easily.
