hi to all:).i recently purchased a 89 sea ray with a 100 hp mercury outboard 2+2.the carburetors had been rebuild prior to me purchasing the vessel.the engine was popping and i notice that all four carburetors are missing the bolt that is next to the idle adjustment screw.i know that the bottom two carburetors dont have any adjustment, they just have a bolt where the idle screw goes.i have tried to look on line to see if i could find an image/picture to see what type of bolt goes there.i also have an engine manual but does not have anything listed.if anyone can help i would greatly appreciate it.thanks in advance:).

Your carbs are correct. At what RPM does the popping occur?

Re: wme carburetor question

The space next to the idle adjustment jet is supposed to be open. This is a vent for air.
