I have a '79 115 mercury...last weekend made the mistake of two cans of oil 6 gallons of gas...relized what I did after a while added straight gas ran it down to almost empty and refilled....I installed new plugs and thought lessoned learned....I'm having trouble starting it cold....pulled the cover gave it a shot of wd-40 fired right up....bulb doesn't feel hard should I change bulb or entire line? I've had this motor forever never done anything but change water pump every other year....is it time to have carbs rebuilt? Thanks for any help....
