I did some reading here on cleaning the hulls of boats and gave the old Works toilet bowl cleaner a try and thought I would share my thoughts on it. I have to say for a dollar a bottle at the Dollar store the stuff did great.I had old dried on hard algea stains and such and sprayed it on the hull with a spray bottle and after about 20 minutes it just dissolved away all the crap. Then I topped it all off with a good coat of wax and its looks great again.Just thought I would share this if others do not know about toilet bowl Cleaner for hulls.Be careful though and wear gloves, eye protection and a mask as its pretty potent stuff...Bruce

Yeah, it's oxalic acid. Been using it for years. Get it at Dollar Tree!
Great for cleaning boat hulls but bad for skin or anything metal. Protect your trailer with pieces of plastic sheeting, or at least wet it down before you start.
