WOT on 90hp Yamaha

I have a recently rebuilt 1998 90 HP yamaha on a 19' Hurricane deck boat. It cuttently has a 15 pitch ss prop on it and my WOT rpm is 5000. I would like to know should my rpm's be higher and if so should I go to a higher or lower pitch prop?

Lower the pitch to increase the RPM's. You are loading the motor hard with a max of 5000. 5500-5800 would be better.
