The 1994 service manual lists the full throttle operating range at 4500 to 5500 RPM.
It is still a 115 crossflow, and most people here try to prop those at 5800.
OMC modified the turbojet drive and the carb orifices between 1994 and 1997. You might have some luck with the larger high speed orifices. See the BRP 1997 parts manual for the correct parts.
