I have been getting the boat ready to go back out on the river after the flood this year and this is the condition of the oil

( that was the oil I pumped out of the pan not a real milkshake) I havent taken them off yet but I am thinking that it is the old log style manifolds that I have just because when the engine is running it is running the best it ever has. I am going to change the oile and filter and run it for an hour or so this weekend to see how much water is getting in and how fast. is this a good idea and what should I look out for while I am doing this. secondly I have priced the jet boat and v-drive style manifolds and they are really high. 600 for a pair. are there any other less expensive manifold options I would have if I does end up being the problem

What ended up causing the oil to be a milkshake? Was it the exhaust manifolds or a intake gasket, etc?

What's the difference what caused his leak? Doesn't mean it's what is causing your problem.

You need to start a new thread of your own with your engine information and problem.

That is why the red bar was at the bottom of this really OLD thread.
