Im needing to replace my 1984 150hp Johnson V6 powerhead. Would a 1979 200hp Evinrude V6 powerhead fit on my 150 base? Looks the same from looking at it.

Comparing the Part Lists, the Exhaust Megaphone(Tuner) is different between the 79 200, and the 84 150. Unless the Megaphone is swapped too, Power and Fuel Economy could be affected
