Would this be a good parts motor for me?

I have a '75 Johnson 135 horse motor. I was trolling thru Craig's list and found a '72 Johnson 100 horse. They are both v-4 and from what I understand most of the parts should be the same or am I mistaken about that. If anyone can tell me if most of the parts should b interchangeable I'll pick it up as a parts motor. Thanks.
