Craigslist boat

I thought it might make a good flats boat...

However, it does not have the cap at all...

Even if it was worth it... Not for $450 I bet?

I agree with CN spots, I would not pay that much for the rig. I got my 18ft. mark twain tri-hull for free. If you could get it for $100 maybe $150 I would consider. Just my opinion. Good luck with whatever you choose to do!
