my dad borrowed my johnson 15 the other day and unknowingly used ordinary 2 stroke instead of tcw-3<br /><br />the tank is about 3 quarters full and i dont know weather to waste it or use it, is it ok to use it up , i mean i know it wont kill the engine to use that amount of it but can i use up the bottle of oil then go back to tcw-3?

One tank probably wont do any harm, Digimortal. <br /><br />Keep a close eye on the engine temp and check your plugs for deposits when it is finished.<br /><br />Good luck.

I would fill upp the tank with more fuel and tcw-3 oil. The rest of the other oil in the bottle I might mix with 2/3 tcw-3 oil. Maybe even more (more than 2/3) tcw-3 oil.

Give the rest of the bottle to someone with a chainsaw or weedeater.
