I bought a carb kit (sierra 18-7043) and couldn't ue the new float pin. It was too long and would not fit. I used the old one. This was on a '57 5HP Brooklure (Gale 5D14) with F-N-R. Has anybody had this problem before with the Sierra kits? Thanks, just wondering for future reference.
