Is there somewhere on the web where you can punch in the name and home port of a boat and get some info on it? Like owner, size, power? Curious about some of these, can't seem to find much. Like this one:MISTY NEWPORT R.I.

This is what they had for a tender. Those Yamahas are 150 horse

Re: Yacht Registry

For documented vessels, you can go to this site and enter the vessel's name:

http://publicrecords.onlinesearches.com/documented-vessel-database.htm

I tried it with the name "See World". I had never seen that name, but made it up since it sounded like something someone would use. Sure enough, the data showed up, giving the owner's name, address, hailing port, plus details about the vessel.

It also showed every other documented vessel with that name.

Cool beans!

Hoss, I'm concerned. You did see my apology referencing your apology, did you not?

Yes, Btuvi, saw it and didn't get a chance to apologize for causing you to think that an apology was necessary. I humbly apologize for not acknowledging your apology. Can we call it even now, I'm losing track?

Let's go one more round of apologies and then - - but no, you're right. We're good.
