hi guys where do i look to find year of motors <br />bye serial nos, as i am looking to buy 140hp on ebay kind thanks from down under flips.

its the last letter in the model number<br />ie 140tlrq would be 1992<br />+1 year for every letter after that<br />ie 140tlrr would be 1993<br />it resets after z to a<br />z = 2001<br />a = 2002
